본 폴더의 효과 추정치(`effects_sample.csv`)는 공개된 RCT/observational/MR/bariatric natural experiment 문헌의 헤드라인 수치를 큐레이션한 **데모 데이터**다.
일부 효과는 phase 2/3 진행 중이거나 emerging RWE로, 정확한 메타분석 수치가 아닌 대표 효과를 기재했다.

각 행의 source_citation/source_url 컬럼은 데모용이며 일부 URL은 placeholder다. 실사용 시 PubMed/DOI로 검증 필요.

## 컬럼 정의

- `effect_estimate`: HR/OR/RR (1.0 미만 = 보호, 1.0 초과 = 위험; weight_loss 효과는 binary endpoint OR 형식)
- `ci_low`, `ci_high`: 95% CI
- `design`: RCT, observational, BMI_MR, multivariable_MR, bariatric_natural, within_subject_crossover, DIO_animal
- `weight_loss_mediated_pct`: 해당 효과 중 체중감소 매개 추정 비율 (0~100, 또는 NA)
- `outcome_category`: CV / cancer / metabolic / MSK / neuro / liver / renal / respiratory / reprod
